The original soffit of this house had small vents every few bays, which was not enough to allow proper air circulation and caused the fascia and soffit to rot. We replaced the fascia with Boral, a high-performance exterior trim that resists cracking, splitting, and rot. We also installed a full-length vent on the eves, so moisture and condensation can move out of the soffit.
