We are currently looking for:
- Minimum of one year of experience in carpentry or three years in other trades
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance
- Be able to provide your own hand tools
- Reliable transportation
- Willing to work paid overtime
- Willing to learn new skills on the job
In addition to the above, we are looking for Lead Carpenters who can do the following:
- Lead a crew of up to six carpenters
- Coordinate effectively with other trades
- Collect and maintain paperwork
- Communicate clearly with clients, field managers, and office staff
- Troubleshoot jobsite issues on the fly with good judgment
