Garage Addition, Essex

The original garage of this house was sitting on a foundation that was poured without rebar, which caused it to fail. The only permanent solution was to remove and build a new foundation with the proper reinforcement. Since the garage had to go too, the owners decided to increase its size, add square footage to their home, add a new ADA bathroom and renovate the kitchen and dining room.
