PROJECT SCOPE: Garage Addition, Foundation Engineering, Truss & Framing Redesign, Vinyl Siding, New Pella Windows and Doors, Interior Drywall, Interior Paint,  Kitchen Cabinetry, New ADA Bathroom, and New Driveway.

The original garage of this house was built on a foundation poured without rebar, which caused it to fail. The only permanent solution was to remove and rebuild the foundation with proper reinforcement. Since the garage had to go too, the owners decided to increase its size, add square footage to their home, add a new ADA bathroom, and renovate the kitchen and dining room.
